Terms of Service

Effective July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Venturer app and website (the “Service”), operated by Presciential LLC (“Venturer”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the signed-in Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We may use an age range supplied by your app store or a neutral age screen to confirm eligibility and provide age-appropriate access.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including age-eligibility information, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or at venturer.app/account/delete.

3. Listings Are Provided by Organizations

Events, deals, and leagues on Venturer are created and maintained by the organizations that run them. We do not organize, sponsor, or guarantee any listing. Details such as times, locations, prices, and availability may change or contain errors, and deals are honored solely at the discretion of the merchant. Your attendance at events and dealings with organizations are between you and them.

4. User Content and Conduct

You may submit content to the Service, such as ratings, written reviews, images, and — for organization admins — event, deal, and league listings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that:

  • is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive;
  • is harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory;
  • is obscene, pornographic, or gratuitously violent;
  • infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • contains spam, malware, or misleading links; or
  • impersonates another person or organization.

You can report any content in the app using its Report option. We review reports promptly, and we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including immediately ejecting users who post objectionable content — at our sole discretion and without notice.

If you are an organization admin, the events, deals, and leagues you publish must also follow our Listing Guidelines, available in the app and at venturer.app/listing-guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • accessing it with automated tools or scraping its content;
  • attempting to bypass security or rate limits;
  • interfering with the Service or other users’ use of it; or
  • using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, software, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission. Map data is provided by third-party licensors and is subject to their terms.

Listings may include links to external websites operated by organizations or other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Follow external links at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venturer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, your attendance at listed events, or your reliance on listing information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
